About Dr. Leila Sahabi

Dr. Leila Sahabi, ND is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for her patients by providing and employing a comprehensive array of natural therapies. Her goal is to help patients determine the origin of their body’s disharmony and assist in helping them find an optimum balance.

Her passion for science and human behavior led her to study both Science and Psychology at UBC with a particular interest in Social and Personality Psychology. After receiving her Bachelor of Science and Psychology, she went on to pursue naturopathic medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine where she developed a particular interest in acupuncture, homeopathy and nutritional counseling.

She believes in the body’s internal ability to heal itself once given the proper nutrition and support.  She primarily incorporates acupuncture, homeopathy and Bowen therapy for her patient’s healing and well being. Dr. Sahabi truly enjoys educating her patients about the benefits and therapeutic results of Naturopathic medicine.

Dr. Sahabi is currently practicing in Richmond, British Columbia.  She shares a family practice and welcomes all patients with any health concerns.  She is currently accepting new patients.

Certifications

Dr. Sahabi holds additional certifications in Bowen Therapy, Intravenous therapies, First Line Therapy® and acupuncture. She also has additional training in homotoxicology and neural therapy.

What to Expect at Your First Consult?

Dr. Sahabi’s initial consult is about 60-90 minutes, during which she gathers information regarding your health history, family history, diet, and other relevant medical concerns.  In the first consult, after doing a focused physical examination Dr. Sahabi will design an individualized treatment program based on your particular needs.

You can download and fill out the “Adult Patient Profile” prior to the first office visit and bring with you.

If you will receiving NAET® treatments, please read the “NAET Patient Instructions” prior to your first visit.  Certain instructions are imperative to follow prior to starting the treatment for obtaining excellent results.
