Dr. Leila Sahabi, ND is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for her patients by providing and employing a comprehensive array of natural therapies.

She studied Biology and Psychology at the University of British Columbia with a particular interest in Social and Personality Psychology. After receiving her Bachelor of Science and Psychology, she went on to pursue naturopathic medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Sahabi treats the individual using from the following naturopathic therapeutics:

  • Homotoxicology & Biotherapeutic Drainage: a combination of homeopathic remedies to detoxify and balance various physiological systems of the body.
  • Botanical Medicine: Western and Chinese herbs used in formulas as capsules, teas, or tinctures.
  • Acupuncture: using acupuncture needles to reduce pain or improve many other conditions.  Small metal seeds may also be placed on specific points on the ear lobe to enhance the effects of acupuncture.  This is known as Auricular Acupuncture.
  • Bowen Therapy: a soft-tissue manipulation technique performed on muscles, tendons, and nerves to alleviate pain and many other symptoms.
  • Homeopathy: a type of energetic medicine to improve acute and chronic conditions by enhancing the body’s self-healing energy.
  • Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes using the First Line Therapy: an easy-to-use system of dietary and lifestyle changes and supplementation to optimize your body composition.
  • Nutritional and Orthomolecular Medicine: vitamins and minerals used as intravenous or intramuscular injections or oral capsules.
